FaBB Story

How FaBB Foundation started

The Fatoumatta Bah Barrow Foundation (FaBB) under the leadership of Her Excellency Madam Fatoumatta Bah-Barrow, the First lady of The Republic of The Gambia is a charitable organization that supports poor communities, disadvantaged women, youths, children and vulnerable groups in the Gambia. The foundation supports key areas in health and social welfare through education and social development programs.

2017
Foundation Established
  • FaBB Foundation was officially registered as a non-profit organization in The Gambia.
  • Flood Relief in Kaur and Kuntaur
  • Supporting Individuals with Disabilities
  • Major Donation to Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital (EFSTH)
  • Opened our first community health clinic in Basse, Upper River Region.
2018
HIGHLIGHTS & IMPACT
  • Launched scholarship program supporting 50 students in their educational journey.
